VISSPLUS Facilities and Equipments

Since its establishment, the VISSPLUS HVAC production base has been investing in utilizing the most efficient and safety-care types of equipment, including five automated HVAC production lines of different lengths/widths and heights, a Gas-Filling machine, Refrigerant Leakage Test Equipment, Performance-Test Equipment, Safety Equipment, Heat Exchanger Bending Automated Machine, Automated Packing Machine, Robotic Hands, etc.

HVAC Production Process Lines:

VISSPLUS built six fully automated production process lines capable of producing heat pump units, air conditioners, and refrigeration units. Daily capacity is possible to reach 3000 units per day.

Refrigeration Leakage Pre-Test by Helium Gas in Vacuum Space:

Not same from the other 90% RACHP factories,VISSPLUS don’t use a small device to test leakage,but invested hundreds of thousands USD dollars on the leakage test machine,ensuring each unit has no leakage risk before delivery. VISSPLUS deeply knows customers’ one core complaint on HVAC products is gas leakage.

Performance Test Rooms with Devices:

Each unit from VISSPLUS is 100% to be tested in special rooms connecting with the terminals like room indoor units,hot water outlet,water tanks to animate the true running situation.

Packing and Robotic Hands:

At the end of VISSPLUS HAVCE production  lines,the packing,sealed and delivery are fully done by the machine and robots.
